Abs of Steel

It’s been a while since I’ve posted a workout, and my trainer senses are tingling! Summer schedules can be busy, which means we need to maximize our exercise time. To help you do this, I’ve created several 10-minute core workouts for your training pleasure.

Having a strong core is beneficial in physical activities. Whether you’re sprinting down the final stretch of a 200-meter dash, bracing for impact during a football game, or performing a barbell squat, a strong core helps protect your spine and keep your mid-section stabilized.

Perhaps you don’t have time for a long core workout. Fret no more! The following workouts are designed to give you an intense training experience in just under 10 minutes. I recommend starting with “Abs of Steel” the first day.
